Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance;  reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable;  Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has  insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

Abstract

and transactional leadership on innovative behavior with psychological empowerment as the moderator variable. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Cirebon City with a total population of 203 people. The sampling measurement technique used the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, so the number of samples in this study was determined to be 67 respondents. The sampling technique uses the incidental sampling approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The transactional leadership variable did not have a significant effect on innovative behavior either directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The psychological empowerment variable has a significant effect on increasing innovative behavior.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Leadership Variables, Work Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction towards Job Satisfaction Variables and Performance Variables on the Investment Alert Task Force of the Financial Services Authority. A total of 100 samples were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that leadership had a significant positive direct effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. Work Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Culture has a significant positive effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Investment Alert Task Force. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate on Leadership on Performance. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the Work Culture of Performance. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate on Work Motivation on Performance. Efforts to improve the performance of the Investment Alert Task Force employees of the financial services authority need to consider the four variables that influence it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate a determinant model of capital structure and firm value. The population of this study is the tourism industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. In this study the entire population is sampled (Total Sampling). Data collection procedures by collecting audited (annual report) financial report data issued by the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that partially profitability, institutional ownership and firm size had a significant effect on capital structure while company growth had no significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the profitability variables, institutional ownership, company growth and company size affect the capital structure. Partially profitability, institutional ownership, company size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while company growth does not significantly influence firm value Simultaneously profitability, Institutional ownership, company size, company growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value in the sector tourism industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty in the city of Palembang. The sample that will be used in this study are customers who regularly visit beauty clinics in Palembang, consisting of men and women from two beauty clinics aged between 15 and 65 years and have been customers for a long time. The sample of respondents consisted of 101 people using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS Amos 24 program's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a mediation (intervening) of the satisfaction variable which caused an indirect influence between professional medical professionals and quality. service to customer loyalty has a greater value than direct influence. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This positive influence is significant, so it can be concluded that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the Palembang city beauty clinic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of work discipline and work experience on job satisfaction and supervisor performance in the Education office of South Sulawesi Province. The research used is explanative with survey approach Sampling technique with simple random sampling method. The method used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the results of the study to the direct influence shows work discipline does not affect job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work experience has no direct effect on performance, further influence of work discipline negatively and significantly affects performance through job satisfaction, and work experience has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.
